Hello and welcome!

I'm Rob Campbell, and this is Make it Personal!, a newsletter where I share insights from my journey in leadership. While serving nearly 30 years in the U.S. Military, I honed my skills in leading and coaching teams in some of the most challenging environments. I learned that great leadership is personal — it’s about inspiring your team, understanding their needs, and leading by example.

I carried those principles into building successful businesses, becoming a speaker, and coaching others on their leadership journeys. Now, my mission is to share those hard-earned lessons with you, whether you're navigating corporate leadership or transitioning from military to civilian life. I'm here to help you lead with integrity, confidence, and compassion.

I've seen firsthand the power of connecting with people on a personal level to achieve extraordinary results. Make it Personal! will explore the nuances of a leadership that values the individual, fostering teams where every member can thrive.
